Going into the initial meeting, I was expecting to be listing our house for $400k-$450k. After talking with Otley and with the the research he had done prior to going into the initial meeting, we decided to list the house at $567k. One stipulation we had, is we needed to remain in the house until after graduation (So approx 1.5 months). Within DAYS we were in contract, over asking price and it was worked out that we will close after school was out. The entire process was handled smoothly and easily. Because of Otley, our stress level revolving around the house sale went from 9/10 to 2/10.
